2-way centre speaker, bass reflex configuration

HECO´s Victa Prime 102 is a genuine series centre speaker that can be used to build a fully-fledged and powerful home cinema system. Equipped with HECO´s tried and tested long-fibre kraft paper, the 120 mm bass/mid-range driver provides good stability and freedom from distortion - particularly in the critical vocal range. A 25 mm silk dome with ferrofluid cooling enables significantly enhanced power handling capacity and improved transition to the midrange via its short horn attachment. Lightly rounded side panels provide the centre speaker with the modern appearance of the Victa series. The solid housing construction, which consists of layers of glued and moulded MDF panels, ensures optimum, low-resonance properties for the chassis.

CHASSIS

  • Tweeter with solid 25/ 20 mm (202, C102) artificial silk dome, ferrofluid cooling for high capacity, powerful ferrite magnet system and front plate with short horn projection
  • Woofer and midrange with light long-fiber cone, inverse long-fiber dustcap, long-throw surround and high-performance voice coil, optimised for broadband reproduction
  • Woofer (302, 202, C102) and midrange with solid steel basket and high-grade, eightfold screwed trim ring

CABINET

  • Solid construction using MDF panels (702, 602, 502) and elaborated struttings with rounded side panels
