How does HHW11 work?
The operation of HHW11 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). During circular movements of the hips, centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball along the circle, putting the abdominal muscles and torso in a state of tension.

During a 360-degree movement, the heads located in each segment of the hula hoop alternately press on the body, causing an additional massage effect, providing a pleasant feeling. Thanks to its compact size, HHW11 is easy to carry.
