Welded Damascus steel with 67 different layers. Damascus steel, from Takefu steelworks, is an extremely durable material, made by layering at least two types of steel or other metals with special technology, which gives you both – robust performance and a distinct layered structure. Handles are made from Maple wood, treated by the Keboy method (a way of wood preservation from Norway, mostly used in polar expeditions). Length 205/305 mm. Do not use in dishwasher. |
