Shortcuts: Warm Keeping, Simmer and Sear. 8 functions have been created for more convenient use of the hob: Blanch, Boil, Elapsed time, ICS, Recall, Switch, Grill, Clean Lock. Blanch function ensures the stable boiling temperature required for blanching. Blanching is the short-term heating of foods such as fruits and vegetables with boiling water, followed by rapid cooling with cold water. By entering the amount of water used, the device automatically adjusts the power to maintain the boiling temperature for up to 5 minutes. Boil function brings the water to the boiling temperature and maintains it for the specified time. When the water starts to boil, an acoustic signal will sound, after which it is the right time to add pasta, rice, etc. to the water. By default, the function is set to a water quantity of 2 L and a cooking time of 8 min. Elapsed time displays how much time has passed since the last power level was set.
