Shelly 1 PM Gen4 Controller Zigbee/MatterThe Shelly 1PM Gen4 is a compact built-in switch with power metering that combines several wireless communication standards - Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Matter. The device allows you to remotely control connected power consumers, and with accurate power measurement it allows you to analyze energy consumption in real time. Thanks to its small dimensions, it can be successfully installed in flush-mounted boxes, behind sockets or light switches.
Full control in your handsThe controller can be operated locally via Wi-Fi or remotely via the Shelly app, a web browser or integration with home automation systems. The built-in web interface allows you not only to remotely turn devices on and off, but also to configure settings and read power consumption data. Remote access works anywhere the device has an Internet connection - no central hub is required. Shelly 1PM Gen4 offers extensive integration with external systems - it supports MQTT, HTTPS, Web Hooks, KNXnet/IP and scripts written in ShellyScript, among others. You can create schedules (up to 20 tasks) and scenes to automate devices based on time, days of the week or weather conditions.
Multi-standard communicationThe Shelly 1PM Gen4 supports 4 major communication standards - Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 5.0, Zigbee (802.15.4) and Matter. This makes it seamlessly integrate with popular platforms such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Samsung SmartThings and Home Assistant. The controller can also act as a Zigbee and Wi-Fi signal repeater, strengthening the coverage of these networks in IoT installations.
Measuring energy consumption and protecting the installationThe device features a built-in wattmeter and ammeter, allowing real-time monitoring of the power consumption of connected devices. In addition, the data record can be analyzed in the app. Measuring energy consumption makes it easier to optimize power consumption in the home or office. An integrated internal temperature sensor takes care of safety by protecting the device from overheating.
