The GUM FITNESS SET contains 3 colored detachable rubbers: red (2.5 kg), blue (1.5 kg) and yellow (1 kg). Rubber length: 43.2 cm. Adjustment of the resistance force is possible thanks to the simple rubber disconnection system.
