| Lindy's Fiber Optic Hybrid HDMI 2.1 Cable 38510 combines copper and fiber optic cables for a hybrid HDMI connection and is a professional solution for transmitting HDMI signals over long distances. These hybrid cables combine the flexibility and high EMI/RFI resistance of fiber optic cables with standard copper cables and are ideal for critical AV configurations or commercial installations. The internal technology provides uncompressed amplification of the HDMI signal, allowing HDMI 8K content to be extended over long distances, which is simply not possible with passive cables. With a bandwidth of 48 Gbps, the cables support HDMI 2.1 resolutions of up to 3,840 x 2,160@120Hz and 7,680 x 4,320 / 10,240 x 4,320@60Hz. Content can be displayed at higher refresh rates with incredible detail and clarity for optimal viewing of movies, graphics or images. In addition to static HDR, the HDMI hybrid cables also offer support for dynamic HDR formats such as Dolby Vision and HDR10+. This provides every moment of content, whether scene by scene or even frame by frame, with a much wider color gamut based on the BT.2020 color space, higher peak brightness and deep blacks for optimal contrast, as well as greater color depth. eARC support simplifies connectivity with compatible sound systems, amplifiers and soundbars by routing lossless audio signals from the source over the cable to the connected output. eARC also supports high bitrate audio signals with a sampling rate of up to 192 kHz and up to 32 channels. This enables the use of object-based audio formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, which immerse the viewer in realistic sound to enhance and complete the video content. VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) reduces and eliminates lag, stuttering and frame tearing for a smooth gaming experience, be it for quick reactions in an action game or a last-minute win in sports games. ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) further supports this by enabling the ideal latency setting for smooth content transitions. QFT (Quick Frame Transport) also helps ensure low latency by transporting frames at a higher rate.
